Our teams and business processes are designed to support the global CRX customer base from remote, even in normal times. In the light of the COVID 19 crisis and to protect the health of our team and their families, we have very early created the possibility to also work 100% remotely.
As can be taken from the picture, despite some individual approaches, we still form a very strong team!
More importantly, the CRX team has not only managed to provide the usual high level of customer service, but also successfully processed 50% more support inquiries professionally and quickly.
In this challenging period we have doubled the number of newly initiated supplier onboardings and expect to be able to arrange 60% more funding compared to the first two months of the year, thus playing our part in the simple and rapid financial stabilization of our customers‘ supply chains – and reducing the number of inbound SOS calls.
